Join us to celebrate Valentine’s day a little early this year (Tuesday, February 12).
Is there a better excuse to enjoy a delicious dinner? Bring someone you love or come alone, and we’ll make certain your Valentine’s day includes a delicious dinner you are sure to love and can make again for those dear to your heart!
Our meal begins with an appetizer of Buttery Escargots-Style Mushrooms with French Bread. Next, you’ll love learning our recipe for Steak Diane; get fresh with a Fresh Green Salad, and savor sumptuous Potatoes au Gratin.
We’ll finish the evening with a Decadent Creme Brûlée garnished with ripe, red, fresh berries! This isn’t a one-night romance, we actually give you the recipes--to have and to hold.
Cost for the class is $45 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.
Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited.
