. I've finally got the agenda ready to rock. Many people will drive in but for anyone else we'll be in and out of Tallahassee. I'm bringing a great friend of mine to be our personal chef. Matt Moore is originally from Georgia and has been an executive chef at Sea Island resorts, Watercolors and Pearl in 30A and executive resort chef at Nemacolin in Pennsylvania. 
To start we'll make fresh mozzarella with owners Jessica and Jeremy Little of Sweet Grass Dairy. We'll then use the mozz to make our own fresh pizzas paired with banging bubbles of course! Monday we'll head to the dairy to make your own individual cheese wheels which will shipped to you after they age at Sweet Grass Dairy. We'll close Sweet Grass Dairy restaurant that evening for a private cheese and wine tasting followed by dinner. Tuesday we'll visit White Oak pastures for bee and honey production followed with a honey tasting and garden lunch. That afternoon we'll make our own candles and have a hay ride. Matt will cook a whole hog dinner sourcing the meat and produce from White Oaks pastures. He'll also make Southern breakfasts each morning and teach a class on Southern Classics. Chicken and waffles with Bourbon syrup anyone? Oh yeah and our home will be Sundown Plantation which we'll have to ourselves. And there are options of skeet shooting or fishing if you're into that sort of thing! And I know you're worried about it but I might ship in some juice as well?!? I mean its hard to have Swine and Wine, pizza parties, cheese making and candle production without killer juice!
