It's a "Sweet Apres Sunday" at Tandem Chocolates, 1662 Bonanza Dr Suite 4A, Park City, February 10th, 4:30 pm. First deconstructing the amazing chocolate bon bon, learning how and what makes these so decadently delicious. Next a hands-on class making your own set of delicious bon-bons to take home and enjoy. Of course throughout this experience we will be tasting wines and learning what works with different chocolates and what does not! Creating savory, sweet sensation for your palate. Cost is $45 members, $50 guests, space is limited, reservations are required. Must be 21 and up. Note: The wines tasted are NOT sweet wines, just the chocolate and the experience!
