We will be pairing with PF Chang's to bring you a Wine and Dine in January. We will have 5 courses of small plates, 2 appetizers, 2 entree and 1 dessert all expertly paired with our award winning wines. The appetizers will be a BBQ Spare Rib, Pork Dumpling, Crab Wonton and a Vegetable Spring roll. The 2 entrees will be the Mongolian Beef and the Orange Peel chicken and the dessert will be the Triple Chocolate Happiness. This event will be $36 plus tax and will include all wines and food and a keepsake winery logo glass. This event is 21 + to attend and all tickets must be pre-purchased in advance.
