Executive Chef Chris Patrick has created an outstanding 3 course menu to accompany the selected wines. Starting with an Apple Tart and Goat Cheese Parsnip Purée passed appetizer service, and followed by a Blackberry Glazed Pork Belly and Wild Boar Bolognese Lasagna, it truly is a feast for the senses.
