This class features an explanation, demonstration, and practical application of basic French sauce techniques. Class size is limited. We'll be in the kitchen, so feel free to wear clothes you won't mind getting food on. Everyone will get the chance to taste the sauces we make with appropriate dishes, and refreshmants (wine, soft drinks, coffee) and class notes will be provided. Afterwards, we'll move to the bar, discuss how sauces are the bridge between food and wine, and have a general Q&A. We ran this class twice last year and it sold out both times, so if the first one sells out, we'll schedule another.
