Our very own Madeline Triffon, America’s first female Master Sommelier, will share some of her vast knowledge and abundant charm to help us learn to answer the perennial question: what should I drink with this food? Most restaurant and event menus are inspired by multiple ethnic and stylistic influences. Do we have the skills to harmonize today’s food with wine? Are classic pairing principle still applicable? How to pull it all together… Madeline will lead us through a tasting of essential wine and food components. We’ll experience how they interact… or not! Please know that this is a seated seminar that will commence promptly at 7:00pm. We will serve a welcome wine at 6:30pm with light munchies.
