10th International Conference on Food safety & Regulatory Measures is going to be held on 23-24 May 2019 at Zurich, Switzerland. The theme of the conference is "Global Forum of Innovations in Food Safety”. Safe steps in food handling, cooking, and storage can prevent foodborne illness. The purpose of the food safety is understanding the food safety risks faced in food service establishments, identifying risks in food service and finding ways to reduce them.
