I have a special treat as I will be pouring the Hiro Gold Junmai Daiginjo Sake, a rare and exquisite Ultra Premium Gold Sake. Time to also taste some crisp and refreshing premium Hiro Red Junmai Sake & Hiro Blue Junmai Ginjo Sake. I will also be serving Hiro Blue Sake chilled neat and in a Hiro Tokyo Mule cocktail with Hiro Blue Junmai Ginjo Sake, Ginger Beer & Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice. Hiro Sake is a new premium Japanese Sake that bridges the heritage of the past with the way we drink today.
