Join event hosts, Hess owner Tim Pierson and winemaker Dave Guffy, for a spectacular Hess Collection wine dinner on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a five-course menu paired with fine Hess wines. Begin with Artisan Cheese and 2017 Pinot Gris, followed by Caesar Salad & Brioche Twinkie with 2016 Napa Estate Grown Chardonnay. Next, it's grilled Venison Medallions paired with 2016 Allomi, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 5 Spice Bison Short-rib with 2015 Lion Tamer Red Blend. End on a sweet note with Hazelnut Pâté Chox & Gingerbread Mallowmar with 2014 The Lion, Napa Valley Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon. The dinner, including wine, is $99 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
