On Thursday November 15th from 5-8PM, join us for a spectacular Champagne reception with fourth-generation viticulturist/owner Valentin Tribaut. We will offer four Tribaut Cuvées that will leave no doubt why Tribaut is considered one of the finest grower/producers in the Champagne region.
As you arrive, you will be greeted with a glass of the Tribaut Brut Origine and a selection of cheeses and charcuterie. Your experience will continue with a full pour from each of the Blanc de Chardonnay, Brut Rosé, and finish with the stunning Cuvée Rene. Bottles of the Cuvée Rene will be available for Valentin to sign.
At the event, you will experience Champagne in a new way. Your entry includes an elegant Italesse “Sparkle” glass. The Italesse Sparkle is simply the most innovative Champagne glass available anywhere on the market. The shape of the glass provides a broad surface area that allows the wine to “breathe”, while seven “perlage points” release the bubbles from suspension. The result is a complete sensory experience that enhances all the delights that Champagne can offer.
We will host this event at the fabulous 12th floor suite in the Kirby Grove Building, where floor to ceiling windows offer sweeping views of our beautiful city. This evening will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about the nuances of Champagne from a passionate viticulturist who follows the production of Tribaut Champagne from the vineyard to the bottle. All the while, you will enjoy a range of wines that will culminate with their top cuvée. Bring a date, bring a group of friends, and enjoy this unique adventure with us.
