New Year's Eve Celebration at LB Steak in San Jose

On New Year's Eve, Monday, December 31, LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will be seating from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with lunch service ending at 2:00 PM. Served all day will be both an $89.00 four-course prix fixe as well as select items from the regular à la carte dinner menu. The prix fixe will include Fruit de Mer, oyster, prawn and lobster with traditional accompaniments; Cauliflower Bisque with pear relish and smoked trout roe; entrée choices of a Prime Bone In 14 oz. Filet with gratin potatoes, broccoli rabe, tallow roasted carrots and truffle jus or Pan Seared Scallops with roasted sunchokes, grilled bok choy, chicken cracklings and poultry jus (add fresh black truffle to either entrée for an additional $28.00); and for dessert, a choice of Pumpkin Toffee Cheesecake with crème Chantilly or Apple Caramel Bread Pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. A kids menu will be offered to those 12 years of age and under. Happy Hour will not be available that evening. All prices exclude tax, gratuity and beverages.
