LB Steak in San Jose to Serve a FINtage 408 Paired Prime Rib Dinner

LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will be serving a FINtage 408 wine paired prime rib dinner on Friday, November 16 that will be available from 4:00 to 11:00 p.m. Guests will be able to enjoy a $65.00 three-course prime rib-focused menu that will include two paired courses. The dinner will be comprised of Sautéed White Gulf Prawns with garlic, cayenne and frisée paired with a FINtage 408 Chardonnay; 12 ounces of Prime Rib with crispy fingerling potatoes, broccolini and au jus with a FINtage 408 Cabernet Sauvignon; and Pumpkin Toffee Cheesecake with crème Chantilly.

FINtage 408 came to be as a result of a wine making collaboration between the San Jose Sharks® hockey team and local winery Clos LaChance. Clos LaChance worked closely with the Sharks to create unique blends that are reminiscent of this year’s team—"strong, bold and award-winning.”

Reservations are recommended but not required and the restaurant's regular dinner menu will also be available that evening. All prices exclude tax and gratuity.
