Gourmet wine and dinner pairing featuring 4 courses paired with wines sourced from French wineries plus amuse bouche. Featured wines: Macon Villages Chardonnay, Chateau Jeantieu Merlot, Gigantis Grenache Noir & Syrah Blend & Chateau de Cranne Sauvignon Blanc Blend.
Each wine course will be curated by local sommelier Sue Barry who will explain the notes and sourcing of the grapes followed by the executive chef's explanation of the entree pairing.
Preceding the dinner will be a cheese & crudite reception in the hotel's rum room featuring pours of 2 additional wines from French vineyards.
