Join TAPS Fish House & Brewery in Brea on Friday, October 19th at 6:30 p.m. for another Farm & Vineyard wine dinner. The “Game of Zins” features zinfandel grapes from around the world, extravagant game meats and seasonal produce from local sustainable farms. A first course features bacon-wrapped rabbit roulade with 2015 Girard Rosé of Zin, Napa Valley. Next, enjoy Maple Leaf Farms duck confit with butternut squash ravioli with 2013 Tormaresca Primitivo, Italy. A final course showcases braised golden canyon lamb shank with grilled figs and 2014 Rodney Strong “Knotty Vines,” Sonoma. $69 (non-inclusive of tax and gratuity).
