Chef Kyle Baker and Bird Café celebrate Thanksgiving, Thursday November 22 with a festive holiday brunch from 10am - 3pm featuring Turkey Day specials.
Honey Glazed Ham Shank withcranberry compote, grits, pork shank and honey jus; Ultimate Turkey Sandwich with smoked turkey, stuffing, turkey gravy, and cranberry compote; and Toasted Pumpkin Pancakes with toasted pepitas are featured in addition to Bird Café brunch favorites and cocktail specials.
