Dinner Menu: Roasted beet, candied pecan salad paired with a glass of TOVW Chardonnay (2 oz pour)
Entrée: Smoked Turkey w/ turkey gravy and Beef Brisket w/ au jus accompanied by Mashed Root Vegetable and Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts paired with a glass of TOVW Cab Franc (3 oz pour)
Dessert: Chocolate Pecan Pie paired with a glass of Malbec (1 oz pour)
Additional glasses of wine and bottles of wine can be purchased throughout the evening.
Our winemaker will offer barrel tasting of the 2016 & 2017 wines!
