Cost: $80 plus tax and gratuity
Please join us for a very special wine dinner at 6pm on October 23 featuring Somerston Estate and Priest Ranch wines, tasted in 3 flights in a blind setting. These wines will be accompanied by others from top Napa producers. The tasting will be led by Craig Becker winemaker and co-founder.
The seminar will be followed by a family-style dinner showcasing a lamb shipped directly from the Somerston property, for the ultimate in pasture- and grape-to-table dinner. The dinner will be prepared by The Red Lion Inn Executive Chef, Max Kiperman.
6pm Blind tasting seminar, with Craig Becker of Somerston and Priest Ranch wines: 3 flights of wines, 1 white, and 2 reds. Passed hors d'oeuvres and noshes.
7:15 Family-style dinner
