Learn to create your own Wine Bar at home! Our Experienced wine educator, Bernard Kenner, is back to help us with the pairing. Bernard has turned his passion for wine, spirits and food into his business. His 40 years of travel, drinking, eating and cooking a wide variety of cuisines has led him to what he loves... and to us. His goal is to pair wines with food in a truly synergistic way that anyone can understand ... and he does it well.
We will prepare and pair the wines with:
Sea Scallops in a Saffron and Chipotle Salsa
Pancetta "Cups" with Herbed Goat Cheese and Mixed Baby Greens
Grilled Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Chop "Lollipops"
Pecan Tassies
