Rye whiskey once reigned supreme - especially on the East coast of the US - but over time, Bourbon came to dominate. Now rye is making a comeback, and in this class we'll taste a few examples and try out some cocktails that make the most of its dry and spicy character.
Your booking includes light snacks (pretzels, nuts). The Last Word is closed during the class, so no food service is available. The class includes a combination of history and stories, technique instruction, and hands-on making of cocktails. Plus sampling, of course!
