In true Munich tradition, Fearrington Village will be hosting it’s first ever Oktoberfest and Bier Garten! We will be partnering with local NC breweries and historic Bavarian Brauereien alike to showcase some of the quintessential Germanic-styles of beer. Chef Bedford is teaming up with local Chefs to feature twists on classic German ingredients as fare for the festival. We are also honored to be hosting two charities on-site: CORA Food Pantry and No Kid Hungry. Part of the proceeds from the festival will be donated to these organizations. For those of you who cannot enjoy beer, we will have a small selection of German wines for purchase, and non-alcoholic options too! Roost, our wood-fired pizza and Beer Garden, will be open and selling Flammekueche (also known as tarte flambee, a typical Alsatian flatbread) and a limited pizza menu if you need more eats.
Tickets include admission to the event, complimentary beer tastes, complimentary food samples, and a take-home tasting sampler. Pint tickets will be available at the door as a donation to CORA and No Kid Hungry.
