On Wednesday, February 21, enjoy an oenophilic tour of celebrated French vintages beneath a blanket of stars at Hilton West Palm Beach.
Inspired by the world’s most illustrious terroirs, guests will savor a four-course feast prepared by executive chef Miguel Santiago. Each course will be paired with vintages from Private Cask Imports, including Arnaud Baillot, Cave de Hunawhir,
Château Labastide Orliac, and Château Fargueirol. Reception commences at 6:30 p.m. and wine dinner at 7 p.m.
