Please join Chef Jacques on Friday, February 9 at 11:00am for the popular Carnivore Lovers’ Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love! Our carnivores' “romance” menu features a Gruyère cheese quiche Lorraine with smoked bacon and Virginia ham.  Classic Beef Wellington with foie gras, and rich truffle sauce adds to the magic.  And it wouldn’t be a proper Valentine’s Day without chocolate, so Chef Jacques is featuring a Valrhona Chocolate Truffle Soufflé. Oh la la!
