Diners that love to “rosé all day” and sip champagne and sparkling wines can explore these flavors from around the world — including champagne and rosé from France, and sparkling wines from Italy, South Africa and California — during a special “Tiny Bubbles” Wine Pairing Dinner at Market Street Kitchen in collaboration with Quail Distributing.

The five-course wine pairing dinner is $75 per person (plus tax and tip). During the event, diners will learn how each varietal is made and enjoy courses from Market Street Kitchen designed to complement each sip, including:


Course one: White Gazpacho with roasted pear gastrique, candied almond, and prosciutto 

Pairing: NV Jean Veselle Brut Reserve, France


Course two: Sablefish with smoked fingerling potatoes, caramelized shallots, and basil aioli

Pairing: 2011 Contratto Extra Brut, Italy


Course three: Pork Belly with roasted cauliflower, crispy chick peas, almond pesto, and pretzel gremolata

Pairing: 2012 Graham Beck Brut Zero, S. Africa


Course four: Smoked Spanish Octopus with sweet pickled vegetables, mustard greens, and roasted poblano vinaigrette 

Pairing: NV Bollinger Cuvee, Carneros


Course five: 

Strawberry Shortbread with strawberry jam, fresh berries, and vanilla cream

Pairing: Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé, France
