Eden Hill chef Maximillian Petty is a two-time James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year Semifinalist (2016, 2017). He was also in the star-chef lineup at the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Tour in Seattle in October. Our nine-course tasting menu will showcase the avant-garde, New American cuisine chef Petty and Eden Hill are known for.
The $148 event prepayment includes tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol / beverages / coffee / tea are not included. Optional wine pairing is available at $75 per person. We will arrange for your server to bill you individually for beverages and food outside the menu. Do let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
