Three Part Somm Essentials Certification Exam
Taken Sunday, November 11th at 10am at San Francisco Wine School. Successful completion of Part 1 - Physical Service, Part 2 - Food Pairing, and Part 3 - Blind Tasting along with successful completion of the Online Hospitality Beverage Specialist Certificate will result in the Somm Essentials Certification.

REQUIREMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS
All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. We recommend students complete Wine 101, Intro to Blind Tasting, or the equivalent prior to taking this program.
