Join our Sommelier, Damon Callis as we explore a selection of international dessert wines paired with small bites. In this hour and a half class, we will chat about the characteristics of these wines and how differences of terrior and wine making techniques affect wine styles. We will discuss the process & history of wine making, the deductive tasting method, and answer any wine related questions you may have in our round table discussion.
