Join us on Friday night, July 12th at Wally’s Santa Monica as we welcome Benoit Touquette, winemaker of Levensohn Vineyards, Realm, Fait Main and Teeter Totter and Pascal Levensohn, proprietor of Levensohn Vineyards in St. Helena. In our eyes, Benoit is a true superstar and possibly the most exciting young winemaker to emerge from Napa Valley in the last decade. If you haven’t tried these wines, this is your opportunity to discover some of the greatest new cult Cabernets currently being produced in Napa. Benoit and Pascal will be flying down for a grand tasting of recent releases from Teeter Totter and Levensohn. Dinner attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy an original four-course tasting menu by Chef Ryan Kluver paired with a five-vintage vertical of Levensohn Cabernet as well as rare wines from Benoit’s cult Cabernet label Fait Main, including the Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard.
