We’re putting a fresh spin on an Italian classic!
In this class, students will make their own limoncello-based soaking liquid, create quick macerated berries, whip up homemade lemon infused mascarpone mousse, and top it all with a beautiful mosaic of fresh berries.
This showstopper of a dessert will be assembled to be taken home, in a ready-to-go take home container, in addition to making a tasting portion that will be eaten at the end of class.
