The holidays have passed and all we are left with is the cold and snow. If you are having cabin fever now is the time to come and savor some great red wines to chase away your melancholy. Certified Wine Educator Gary Twining has selected an array of the world's finest reds for us to sample and discuss this evening. A red wine fanatic, he is looking forward to tasting his choices with us and talking about the wines; their background, what the typical flavors should be, how long to cellar them and what foods with which to serve them. Come get out of the house, drink some great red wines and receive a respite from the weather. Cheeses, breads and other good things will be served to complement the wines. Reservations are required. Call 440-498-WINE(9463) or email us at info@westernreservewines.com.
