The CASI Florida State Chili Championship is an annual cook-off held in Homosassa, north of Tampa.
Our competition is open to all chili cooks. You do not have to be a member of CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International) to participate.
Chili is cooked on site and from scratch.
For the public, we sell tasting cups so you can sample the chili entered in the cook-off.
