The delicious 2014 Tinta Amarela, also known as Trincadeira, was grown on the estate of St. Jorge Winery. These Portuguese-style grapes are meant to be aged to bring you a delicious fine wine. You'll get aromas and flavors of ripe blackberries, mulberries, dark plums, black tea, hint of herbs, and earthy notes. This wine exhibits good structure and offers a long and persistent finish. Due to its 24 months of barrel aging and the rest in the bottle, the bold and rich fruit flavors, acidity and tannins are well integrated in this wine.

The event is uncorked with a wine tasting led by International Sommelier Rosie Kasper-Bennett. Rosie is known for giving incredible wine tips, and she’s hilarious too; learn about wine and have a good time. After the tasting fill up your glass and get ready for a world-class stand-up comedy show with Aidan Park and friends.
AIDAN PARK - Headliner Comedian
Aidan is a Los Angeles based stand-up comedian headliner and bestselling author of the book, The Art of Being Yay! The OMG NSFW Memoir and Guide to Authentic Joy. With foreword by Margaret Cho. Aidan has performed with over 30 theatre productions and has over 30 national commercials under his belt, as well as numerous film and television credits. Aidan headlines at the most respected comedy clubs across the country. He's been featured on Hulu, Comedy Central and NBC.
ROSIE KASPER-BENNETT - Certified International Sommelier
Rosie was born and raised in a picturesque small town nestled in the foothills of the Swiss Alps. She grew up in a household where wine and food was a big part of daily life and culture. It didn’t take much to arouse Rosie’s natural curiosity about this fascinating subject. After earning her Business Degree at the College in Chur, Switzerland, Rosie set out to follow her love and passion for wine. She traveled extensively, visiting some of the most beautiful wine regions in Europe, and eventually the world. Rosie went on to work as a wine educator for more than twenty years at many prominent wine estates in Sonoma County and Napa Valley. She earned two degrees from the International Sommelier Guild: the first as a Certified Sommelier and the second as a Wine Educator from their Wine Teacher Education program. After that, she went on to receive two additional degrees: the first as a Certified Wine Educator and the second as a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.
