Join Hi-Time Wine Cellars’ North American Wine Buyer & Certified Sommelier, Dan Williams, for an infotaining virtual wine tasting of three organic or sustainable wines on May 21st from 6-7PM.

We have selected Talley 2018 Chardonnay Estate from Arroyo Grande Valley, Bergstrom 2018 Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley and Halter Ranch 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon “Synthesis” from Paso Robles for a virtual trip through California & Oregons diverse wine regions.

Learn about SIP (Sustainability In Practice) Certification, biodynamic and organic wine classifications, and much more.

Participants will also be able to submit questions throughout the tasting.

 3 wines plus the tasting $100. 

Participants can pick up their bottles at Hi-Time Wine Cellars will-call or have them shipped for $12.99 (if shipped inside of California). Shipping orders need to be placed before May 16th.

Tickets are $100 with all proceeds benefiting the Environmental Nature Center’s Nature Preschool.
