Interactive online brunch, learning about peaty and non-peaty Single Malt Scotch Whiskies paired with delectable composed plates.


This culinary experience is guided by top chef and sommeliers, includes Brunch Kit (food and scotch pairings) to taste along during the virtual event, directly from the comfort of your home.


You will learn about classic unpeated, Highland peated and triple distilled single malt scotch whiskies. Savor delicious courses, fully cooked and deconstructed for the interactive component of the tasting. Chef will share plating tips and inspiration behind each dish.


The Benriach Distillery stands on the site of the old Riach farm in Speyside northeastern Scotland, drawing water from a mineral-rich aquifer, deep beneath the distillery.


Thanks to a long-standing tradition of distilling three styles of whiskies, together with an eclectic selection of casks from around the world, Benriach whisky makers are able to explore the full flavor possibilities of single malt.

REGISTRATION

Virtual classes and dinner tastings are limited. Registration are made on first-come, first-basis. Payment is required upfront to reserve. Online payments accepted via PayPal or Credit Card. Roho Kitchen reserves the right to cancel events not meeting attendee enrollment standards, to change menu or to substitute instructor and hosts.


ABOUT WAIT-LIST

Once the event has sold out, names will be taken for a waitlist in case of cancellation. Waiting list are made on first-come, first-basis.


REFUND POLICY

You have 5 days prior to the event date to cancel your RSVP to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you have passed the 5 day cancellation margin. You may transfer/substitute someone in your place.


GIFT CERTIFICATES

Roho Kitchen gift certificates, unless otherwise specified, may be redeemed at any time toward events, classes and take out. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Our standard policies mentioned above apply when gift certificates are used for events, classes and donated silent auctions.
