Spring Fling - Virtual Dinner With Chef Maggie

Cost: $50 - $100

Chef Maggie is preparing another mouth watering meal. This time to celebrate Spring. Let's hope we can enjoy it outdoors with a few people in our bubbles.


  • Appetizer: Fava bean crostini with pecorino and mint
  • Salad: Shaved Asparagus and watermelon radish salad with lemon basil vinaigrette and almonds, raisins and arugula
  • Main: Choice of Lobster or Mushroom stuffed Cornish hen wrapped in proscuitto with bechamel, carrots, celery, and shallots, accompanied by leek and potato gratin
  • Dessert: Creamy French Vanilla slice with puff pastry and custard


Join me in a toast with some Bubbly, then enjoy your main course with either a Bachelder 2018 Chardonnay Mineralite or the Bachelder 2019 Parfum Pinot Noir. If you order wine, you can pick them up with your meal at a convenient location in Burlington, Ontario.


If it's warm enough, gather a small group outside and join us virtually so that we can eat together and enjoy a delicious, fresh spring meal with some lovely local wine.
