Wine and food pairing is one of the great joys of life. Classic favorites such as Port and chocolate, steak and Cabernet Sauvignon, and various wine and cheese pairings are almost fool-proof. Yet the potential for new pairings is practically unlimited, and one new combination that deserves a try is sparkling wine and popcorn.
Join us on Wednesday, December 11th at 6pm to learn about some fundamental food and wine pairing tips before trying out some delicious new combinations. We will pair traditional butter and cheddar popcorns with two different sparkling wines, comparing and contrasting the different flavors with each wine.
