The region of Savoie in France is best known for its world-class ski resorts and some of the most delicious cheeses on the planet. Savoie wines are some of the most impressive and underexplored wines in France and they reflect the incredible Alpine minerality in every sip. In this virtual boot camp, we'll be traveling to Savoie, while staying home. Wear something warm - we're going skiing!
