In preparation for the Mother’s Day, we will hold a rehearsal brunch with Mario Sehic, DipWSET, sommelier who will be joining us straight from the winery.

The wines we will taste are Terra Madre Rosé, Volarević La Chic! Rosé, and Rizman Rusula Rosé. All are made from Plavac Mali, some with an added blend of a bit of Syrah. Mario will talk about rosés in general and specifically focus on why the Plavac Mali rosés can age. Mario will provide the food pairing suggestions for the brunch, which we will send you a week before the event.
