A virtual tasting class that will explain how to taste like a professional. The steps and routines, what to look for in any wine and how to keep track of what you discover. Learn the vocabulary and tasting techniques that are used in the trade from an experienced wine judge, writer and consulting sommelier. Any wine region or style can be used, with recommendations of selections based on consultation prior to the tasting. If you are in the greater NYC area, in person events are also available, at whatever level you are interested in.
