Underrated and unsung, yet still amazing! That's the theme of this Burgundy tasting seminar that will showcase a collection of can't miss village level wines!
Moving from north to south through Burgundy’s Côte d'Or, Master Sommelier David Glancy will take guests through eight villages and/or communes, their must-know producers, and wines.
Guests will walk away with a deeper understanding of Burgundy’s imperfect classification system and how many Village Burgundy wines have come to equal and even surpass some pricier Premier and Grand Crus.
Our 8-wine flight flight will include lesser-known villages plus Village Burgundy wines from some of the most famous villages of the Côte d'Or.
We've recently invested in some serious AV technology upgrades to create an integrated Hybrid Room/Zoom experience for all students.
