BLENDING OF WINES, CHATEAU MARIO & Food Pairings 

Saturday, December 4, at 5:00 pm Eastern Time/2pm Pacific

Mario will give you an overview about blending as part of winemaking. He will taste three wines: Pošip from the Rizman Winery, and two of his own wine labels -- Chateau Mario 2016 and 2017, based on Plavac Mali from the Dingač Appellation. He will explain how he decided to blend and with what wine varieties. He will taste the wines. And, as usual, he will provide a food pairing in advance, so you can join in.

 

We will also send a recording to all registered, so you can watch later on.
