Fritz, the Cheese Guy, will provide 4 cheeses along with some other little goodies. We have 2 bottles of wine chosen to pair with the cheeses. Together we will discuss, compare and taste 2 cheeses with each wine. We will see what each of us feels is the best pairing- or it may be both cheeses work well with each wine!
The event price for 2 bottles of wine and 4 cheeses (plenty to serve 2 people) is $78 + tax. The wines are 2017 Pinot Noir and 2014 Petite Sirah. Orders need to be placed by 5pm on August 7 so Fritz can prepare for pickup. This event will be limited to a maximum of 20 so we can all share in the fun on Zoom. You may also reply to this email with a request to sign up. Or call...whatever works best for you.
Pickup times will be Aug 8 & 9, 12-5pm and Aug 10, 11am-2pm. Or, for those near Simi Valley, we can arrange pickup at our house instead of the winery. A day prior to the event, you will be sent a Zoom invite. This should be fun as well as a little bit of education!
You will have the opportunity to order extra cheese and wines at special pricing. All cheese & wine ordered at event will be available for pickup at the winery (or our house) the weekend after our tasting…or by appointment. Can't wait!
