Champagne Collet is inextricably bound to the history of the Champagne region. A founding member of COGEVI, Champagne Collet’s history harkens back to the 1911 Revolt Champenoise.
Champagne Collet is located in the heart of Aÿ, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the few champagne houses to have access to more than 600 acres of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards – the best rated villages with the highest quality grapes. With gastronomy in mind, parcels of fruit from these vineyards are carefully selected to produce Champagne Collet’s delicate, elegant and well balanced cuvées that pair beautifully with food.
Champagne Collet’s ever-charming Pascal Boye will whisk you to Aÿ as he showcases three of the chateau’s most alluring yet versatile wines. Originally from Bordeaux, Pascal has been immersed in the wine trade for most of his life. In 2016 he joined Champagne Collet and has spearheaded its phenomenal growth from his home base in New York City, only pausing for the occasional tennis match at the US Open.
