Do you love Cabernet Sauvignon? Join Advanced Sommelier Greg B. Carlstrom to explore the family tree of Cabernet Sauvignon and taste it's related red wines! This session focuses on a brief wine 101 and winemaking overview and focuses on a deeper exploration into the grape varities related to Cabernet Sauvignon. We will taste 3 optional event-specific wines, speak to food and wine pairing, and be sure to answer all of your beverage related questions. All attendees will receive a shopping list of great Cabernet Sauvignon related wines for future wine exploration.
