Back by popular demand is a Sparkling Wine MasterClass.

The sparkling wine styles we will discuss include: Champagne (France); Crémant (France); Cava (Spain); Prosecco (Italy); Moscato d’Asti (Italy); Lambrusco (Italy); Sekt (Germany); Cap Classique (South Africa); Sparkling Shiraz (Australia); and, sparkling wines from Canada that are made in both the traditional and charmat methods. 

If you are local to Burlington or surrounding areas, you can pick up a Food and Wine Kit which will contain on piccalo of sparkliing Cava and several food pairings to go with Sparkling wine. Additional sparkling wines that will be tasted are available for purchase and pickup as well.
