Virtual Tasting

BlackSalt Restaurant along with our retail partner Ace Beverage are honored to host A Very Virtual Ramey Wine Dinner on Wednesday, December 2nd at 6:00pm. We will be joined via a live feed by legendary winemaker, Dave Ramey for the first part of the evening. Then a virtual presentation will help us journey through the vineyards and winemaking process at Ramey Cellars. Guests will enjoy a beautiful 5-course meal dreamed up by Executive Chef Jeff Gaetjen and Pastry Chef Maddy Morrissey. The wines highlighted throughout the evening represent the breadth of diversity in Sonoma & Napa Counties…including a surprise or two.

Take-Home dining includes ½ bottle carafes of the 4 wines, along with the 5-course meal. In addition, guests who select this option have the ability to add a cheese course with a bottle of the Ramey Syrah for $75 plus tax for two people. BlackSalt is happy to provide curbside pick-up of these meals the day of the dinner.
