A specially curated menu designed by Chef Shelby Farrell will pair delightfully with the robust and delicious flavors of ZD California Wines.
Dinner will start promptly at 6pm and will flow beautifully throughout the night as we fill your stomachs with delicious food and wine. Chef will walk us through each food pairing, while ZD's representative speaks on the way the wine compliments each dish.

1st Course- Warm Foie Gras Salad: Acerola Gastrique, Foie Slab, Mâche, Frisee, Crouton.
Paired with ZD Cabernet New York Sour
2nd Course- Salt Cod: Cured Black Cod, Midlins, Green Mango, Pineapple Relish.
Paired with ZD Chardonnay.
3rd Course- Pimento Smoke Lamb: Nitrous Whipped Malanga, Pomegranate Molasses, Jerk.
Paired with ZD Founders Reserve Pinot Noir
4th Course- Guava Cake: Finger Lime, Meringue, Mascarpone Mousse, Key Lime Brulee.
Paired with ZD Sauvignon Blanc
