Malia is a local Yoga Instructor & also loves her Gard vino! This class will be a mixture of hatha and vinyasa postures to get your body moving, flowing, and ready to start your weekend off right!

After class you can sit down and relax with your complimentary wine tasting flight or a glass of wine of your choice. Snack boxes are also available for purchase.
