Join us at McGrail to unwind and restore with a peaceful 75-minute Yin Yoga class led by a Joya Yoga instructor in our cozy Barrel Room. Surrounded by the warm scent of oak and the gentle glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided through calming, meditative stretches designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and invite stillness.

After class, enhance your evening with a tasting featuring three McGrail wines - because relaxation and a great glass of wine go hand in hand.

Slow down. Sink in. Sip and savor the moment.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing for yoga. Layers are recommended. We invite you to bring friends and family. All levels are welcome!
