Class Date & Time: Saturday, October 9, 2021, 9:30AM to 4:00PM, includes light sushi lunch midway through and exam at end of class
Where: Addie’s Place, the private room above The Wine House (Los Angeles). This course will be capped to a small group and masks will be worn during the indoor portion (theory & exam). The practical portion (tasting and lunch) will be outdoors in a tent we have put up for courses.
Instructor: Toshio Ueno, the only person in the world to hold Master of Sake, Master Sake Sommelier, and WSET Sake Educator diploma. In 2016 he was awarded the industry’s most prestigious title Sake Samurai from Japan Sake & Shochu Makers Association.
IMPORTANT: This 6-hour class will be taught in-person indoors. Proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 test from previous 48 hours required for this class.
